“Do the crazy thing, the hard to imagine but, somehow you did thing
the brings you to your knees thing
the no one would ever do it that way thing
the safety net would not even matter thing
the it could kill you but not trying is another kind of death thing
the thing on your heart
DO IT!”
Michelle wrote a post on Wednesday titled “I Desire to Be a Mechanism for His Miracles”. The post is fabulous and if you haven’t read it, you must!
She is one of the crazy ones who believes she can do the impossible. She inspires me. I am blessed to have amazing blogging and business partners.
Jenny and Michelle challenge me to be my very best. They don’t allow me to rest on my laurels, even though sometimes that is my desire. They challenge me to do the crazy thing! When I set my intention, they hold me to it. They walk beside me, lifting me up to the ONE who inspires all great dreams and they believe in the impossible with me.
This week we attended a MOPS (Mom’s of Preschoolers) group in Hobe Sound. Jenny was the guest speaker and we went to support her in sharing her life with these moms. I found a group of women that I connected with and look forward to attending again in two weeks.
Following the meeting, we had a business lunch for Everyday Lifeline. The purpose of the meeting was to help me nail down goals related to my role in our Life Coaching business. I joked earlier that they were performing an intervention. I have had my share of interventions, and I was super grateful this one would not land me in a mental health facility or treatment center. I have come a long way, thank you Jesus!
I am blessed to wear a variety of hats in my life. Here they are:
Jesus Lover, Mommy, Wife, Assistant to my General Contractor husband, Social media pro, Aunt, Domestic Engineer, Gourmet Chef, Fitness Fanatic, Home Educator, Sister, Daughter, Writer, Blogger and Life Coach. The above list qualifies me as one of the CRAZY ones. What really makes me crazy though is I want to be my absolute BEST in all of these roles. I believe that through Christ who gives me strength, I can succeed in every area of my life. Jesus inspires me to believe in the impossible and I am surrounded by community of women who are choosing the same.
2 Corinthians 9:8
And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.
The result of our lunch meeting was that I defined my niche for coaching. I designed and ordered my business cards. I am researching health coach certification. I am reaching out to other health and wellness coaches to pick their brains. I am building a business plan.
I AM TAKING ACTION!
What will you choose today that may be perceived as CRAZY?Please share your brilliance in the comments. I cannot wait to hear from you.
